Job Description
- Partner with leadership to advise on EHS strategy, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Lead and execute comprehensive environmental and safety audits to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and deliver safety programs, procedures, and training across the organization
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards
- Manage safety equipment programs and ensure teams are properly equipped
- Maintain safety records, documentation, and training systems
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and incident response
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years of people management experience and 8 years in EHS
- Proven experience in EHS leadership within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
- Experience with hazardous waste management and environmental regulations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive safety initiatives
- AS9100 experience preferred
