The company provides comprehensive end‑to‑end services-including site/civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering; land surveying; photogrammetry; aerial LiDAR; and construction management-serving public and private clients across sectors such as transportation, commercial development, industrial facilities, and water/wastewater infrastructure. Job Description

• Oversees on‑site construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Manages project schedules, budgets, and resources to keep the project on track.
• Coordinates with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors to resolve technical and logistical issues.
• Ensures compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.
• Communicates project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong technical expertise in civil engineering principles, site design, construction methods, and regulatory standards, supported by relevant education and professional certifications (e.g., P.E. or equivalent).
• Proven project management experience, including the ability to plan, schedule, budget, and execute site‑based civil projects from start to finish.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, enabling them to coordinate field crews, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, especially when navigating unexpected site issues, design conflicts, or schedule constraints.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance, ensuring all work meets applicable codes, standards, and organizational expectations.
