Job Description
- Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, from groundbreaking to completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all job sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to address any potential issues proactively.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing project updates as needed.
- Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams for optimal performance.
- Resolve conflicts and challenges promptly to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant
- Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects.
- Proven experience delivering Type III, Type V-over-I, or podium-style multifamily developments.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and building systems.
- Ability to lead large teams and maintain positive subcontractor relationships.
- Experience managing projects valued at $50M preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Competitive salary ranging from $170,000 to $200,000 USD annually.
