Job Description

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, from groundbreaking to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all job sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to address any potential issues proactively.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing project updates as needed.
• Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams for optimal performance.
• Resolve conflicts and challenges promptly to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant

• Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects.
• Proven experience delivering Type III, Type V-over-I, or podium-style multifamily developments.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and building systems.
• Ability to lead large teams and maintain positive subcontractor relationships.
• Experience managing projects valued at $50M preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
