Description
- Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and overall execution plans
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and timelines
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively throughout the project life cycle
- Provide regular project updates, reporting, and communication to leadership
- Drive job site performance and accountability across all phases of construction
Profile
- 8-10 years of PM experience in ground-up multifamily builds.
- Multifamily experience required on projects $40M
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
- Effective leader with experience overseeing teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proactive problem-solver who can navigate challenges on complex projects
- Ability to take full ownership and drive successful project outcomes
