Description
* Lead luxury custom home projects start to finish
* Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls

Profile
* 5-7 years' experience in custom residential construction
* Proven ground‑up luxury home project delivery

Job Offer
Salary range: $125,000-$170,000 base plus bonus and profit sharing
