My client is one of the region's premier commercial general contractors specializing in ground-up and commercial interior construction in the Bethesda, MD area.

Job Description

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all sites.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve project goals.
