Job Description
The Senior Process Engineer will lead technical excellence across nickel and zinc plating operations and play a pivotal role in strengthening process control and performance.
- Lead end-to-end optimisation of nickel and zinc plating processes, improving consistency, yield, and throughput
- Establish and enforce robust process controls, SOPs, and parameter management
- Diagnose defects and process variation using root cause analysis and data-driven methodologies
- Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and real-time process monitoring systems
- Partner cross-functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve uptime and stability
- Optimise bath chemistry, chemical usage, and plating line performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency
