Job Description

• Lead internal pilot manufacturing operations for development, validation, and early production
• Execute manufacturing builds with clear schedules, readiness, and accountability
• Partner with Process Engineering to develop stable, repeatable processes
• Ensure documentation, work instructions, and build readiness prior to execution
• Support NPI by ensuring smooth transition from engineering to manufacturing
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to maintain product quality
• Build and lead a team of engineers, operators, and manufacturing leaders
• Provide operational visibility into build performance, risks, and improvement opportunities

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Manager Of Manufacturing Should Have

• 8-12 years in manufacturing or operations (medical device preferred)
• Experience leading manufacturing teams in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, documentation, and QMS
• Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering, quality, and operations
• Strong operational leadership and problem‑solving skills
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in NPI or pilot manufacturing
• Background in catheter or complex medical device manufacturing
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 or FDA-regulated environments
