Job Description
- Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and quality control
- Oversee critical scopes including masonry, concrete, and structural steel
- Coordinate daily field operations and ensure adherence to plans and specs
- Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
- Serve as the primary on‑site leader for project execution
The Successful Applicant
- Proven ground‑up construction experience on K‑12 or higher education projects
- Strong background in masonry, concrete, and structural steel
- Ability to travel across the Southeast as projects require
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
