Job Description

  • Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and develop solutions.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Document quality standards, procedures, and test results for internal and external reporting.
  • Train staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure materials meet quality requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and manufacturing processes.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Quality Engineer Should Have

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations in the retail industry.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
