Job Description
This is a hands‑on Quality Engineer role within an aerospace manufacturing environment. You own product quality from first article through to final inspection, working closely with engineering, production, and customers to make sure every part meets spec, every time.
You're on the floor, not just behind a desk. You spot issues early, fix root causes, and help the business keep raising the bar on quality and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Lead quality planning for new and existing aerospace parts
- Drive FAI, PPAP, and control plans
- Investigate non‑conformances and lead root cause and corrective actions
- Support AS9100 compliance and customer audits
- Review drawings, specs, and customer requirements
- Work with manufacturing to improve processes and reduce scrap
- Use data to track trends and prevent repeat issues
- Experience as a Quality Engineer in aerospace manufacturing
- Strong understanding of AS9100 and aerospace quality standards
- Hands‑on experience with FAI, PPAP, and corrective actions
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
- A practical mindset, you fix problems, not just report them
- Clear communication and confidence working with customers and auditors

- Experience as a Quality Engineer in aerospace manufacturing OR CNC Machining environment
- Hands‑on experience with FAI, PPAP, and corrective actions
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
- A practical mindset, you fix problems, not just report them
- Clear communication and confidence working with customers and auditors
- Compensation up to $100,000
