Job Description
The Project Manager - Strong Construction Pipeline - Greenville will be responsible for:
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Lead communication between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
- Negotiate and administer subcontractor and vendor agreements.
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project closeout activities.
The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Strong Construction Pipeline - Greenville should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
- Proven experience managing ground-up and/or large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Proficiency with project management and construction software platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project delivery.
