Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee multiple packaging projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, technical requirements, cost targets, and customer expectations are met. The position is hybrid, with a mix of onsite collaboration and remote work, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, manufacturing‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for packaging programs, from initial customer request through production launch
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, production, quality, procurement, and sales) to execute projects on time and within scope
- Manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments
- Support customer onboarding, new product development, line trials, and change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Track and report project status, issues, and deliverables to internal leadership and customers
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization within project workflows

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager Should Have
- 5 years of project management experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a technical industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials and processes
- Experience working in or closely with manufacturing operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Comfortable interfacing directly with customers in a technical capacity
- Proficiency with project management tools and ERP systems
