Job Description
As the Project Manager, you will report to senior operations leadership and oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead multifamily construction projects from early planning through completion
- Partner with preconstruction on final estimates, buyout, and subcontractor awards
- Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls to ensure profitability
- Coordinate closely with superintendents to drive field execution
- Oversee subcontractor performance, contracts, and change management
- Maintain strong client relationships and clear project communication
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
The Successful Applicant
For The Project Manager, We Are Seeking
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
- Proven multifamily project experience (required)
- Commercial construction exposure is a plus
- Experience supporting preconstruction, estimating, and buyout
- Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience with industry‑standard construction management software
- Base salary: $110,000 - $150,000, depending on experience
