Job Description

• Oversee the development and maintenance of project schedules to keep all phases of construction on track.
• Monitor project costs, review expenditures, and support strategies to maintain budget compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work meets quality, safety, and project specifications.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including permits, reports, and compliance records.
• Identify on‑site issues, implement solutions when appropriate, and escalate more complex challenges to senior leadership.
