Job Description
The Project Manager - Multifamily Construction will:
- Manage multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee quality control and safety standards on all sites.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
