Job Description

• Lead ground-up luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors
• Oversee and mentor project teams to ensure successful delivery
• Drive quality, safety, and overall project execution standards

The Successful Applicant

• 5-7 years of experience in construction project management
• Proven experience delivering ground-up custom homes
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
• Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
