This Project Manager will take full ownership of multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a strong focus on public-sector and institutional work across East Tennessee. The role requires managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships, while navigating government requirements and delivering projects in the $1M-$10M range.

Description

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through to closeout
• Oversee government-funded and public-sector projects, ensuring full compliance with requirements and documentation standards
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including high-touch clients
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership to ensure successful delivery
• Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and overall performance
• Provide regular reporting, documentation, and client updates

Profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
• Demonstrated experience working on public sector / government construction projects
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage demanding or detail-oriented clients
• Experience managing projects in the $1M-$10M range
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Job Offer

• Base Salary: Targeting ~$120K (flexible depending on experience)
• Truck Allowance: $500 per month
