Description
- Manage construction projects from preconstruction through to closeout
- Oversee government-funded and public-sector projects, ensuring full compliance with requirements and documentation standards
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including high-touch clients
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and overall performance
- Provide regular reporting, documentation, and client updates
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Demonstrated experience working on public sector / government construction projects
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage demanding or detail-oriented clients
- Experience managing projects in the $1M-$10M range
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Job Offer
- Base Salary: Targeting ~$120K (flexible depending on experience)
- Truck Allowance: $500 per month
