Job Description
- Manage all aspects of ground-up commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes at all times.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
- Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
