- Lead ground-up luxury custom home projects from start to finish
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client expectations
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors
- Oversee and mentor project teams
- Ensure quality, safety, and high-end finish standards
Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in construction
- Proven experience with ground-up custom homes
- Strong leadership and ability to manage teams/projects end-to-end
- Driven, self-aware, and motivated to grow within a high-performance environment
Job Offer
- $125K-$150K base salary bonus/profit share (OTE $200K )
