Description

As a Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager, you'll support and lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy
  • Monitor job site progress and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Prepare and track RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes
  • Support procurement and material tracking processes
  • Foster strong client relationships and team collaboration

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in ambiguity and adapt quickly
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
  • Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
