Job Description
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project life cycle.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for ongoing projects.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful PE/APM Should Have
- 2 years experience in an PE or APM role.
- Experience with public projects.
- Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the construction industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
