Job Description
The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Overseeing 9 employees on the manufacturing floor
- Leading project teams, functional units, or multiple smaller groups within area of expertise.
- Overseeing budgets, staffing, and operational results to ensure business objectives are met.
- Managing individual contributors and, when applicable, other supervisors or team leads.
- Auditing processes and outputs to ensure compliance with production specifications.
- Maintaining accurate production records and generate required reports.
- Optimizing operations to deliver high-quality products while controlling costs.
- Training, coaching, and evaluating production staff to support performance and development.
- Contribute to the company's positive company culture

The successful 3rd Shift Production Supervisor will have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience working on 3rd shift
- Experience coordinating and supervising daily activities of production, business, or technical support teams.
- Setting up team priorities, assigning tasks, and aligning workflows with other supervisors to ensure objectives are met.
