Job Description
- Lead preconstruction efforts, including cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling for construction projects.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are clearly defined.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project proposals and value engineering options.
- Oversee subcontractor bidding and selection processes to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the preconstruction phase.
