Job Description
- Lead all plant operations, including production, engineering, quality, safety, and HR
- Oversee full P&L performance, financial planning, and operational KPIs
- Ensure on‑time delivery, product quality, and a safe working environment
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and team performance
- Develop and mentor salaried and hourly employees to build a strong leadership pipeline
- Maintain certifications and compliance with all quality and safety standards
- Collaborate closely with corporate operations and executive leadership
- Implement strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, output, and profitability
The Successful Applicant
- 7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing/production
- Proven success managing salaried hourly teams in a structured environment
- Full P&L responsibility and strong financial acumen
- Experience overseeing production, quality, and engineering functions
- Track record of driving operational improvements and building high‑performing teams
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and accountability‑driven leadership style
- PREFERRED Experience: Automotive industry, Technical Bachelors Degree MBA, Background in NPI/NPD
- Competitive salary range: $140,000-$175,000 per year based on relevant experience
