- Quality & Progress Tracking: Execute daily site walks and unit inspections to maintain meticulous progress documentation and rigorous QA/QC.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Lead on-site meetings with Project Managers, developers, architects, and owners to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a professional, highly organized jobsite while enforcing strict compliance with company and OSHA safety regulations.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve field-level roadblocks to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Technical Oversight: Expertly interpret construction drawings and specifications, focusing on building envelopes, complex MEP systems, and interior finishes.
- Logistics & Sequencing: Manage material staging, delivery tracking, and the intricate unit-by-unit turnover process.
- Safety Advocacy: Champion the site safety program by conducting toolbox talks and fostering a culture of proactive hazard prevention.
- Project Closeout: Drive the final phase of construction through punch-list management and final QA/QC to ensure successful unit delivery.
The Successful Applicant
- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of field-based experience overseeing large-scale multifamily, commercial, or residential developments.
- Operational Leadership: Demonstrated success managing high-volume field operations, specialized subcontractors, and complex unit-by-unit production schedules.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of multifamily building systems, including framing, MEP coordination, building envelope integrity, and high-end interior finishes.
- Project Workflow Management: Skilled in construction sequencing, RFI management, schedule maintenance, and rigorous QA/QC protocols.
- Advanced Communication: Ability to serve as a primary liaison between owners, developers, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Professionalism & Accountability: A proven track record of maintaining leadership and composure in high-pressure, fast-paced jobsite environments.
- Safety Credentialing: Must possess an OSHA 30-hour certification (or be willing to obtain it within a specified timeframe).
- Salary: $110,000-$150,000 (depending on experience)
