Job Description

• Manage daily on-site operations for multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolve any emerging issues on-site and implement solutions promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with project teams to align on goals and expectations.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among all team members.
