Job Description
As the MEP Project Manager, you will report to a Senior Manager or Executive and be responsible for day‑to‑day project execution.
- Manage MEP scopes from buyout through close‑out
- Track budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost reports
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Support preconstruction and estimating as needed
- Keep schedules on track and flag risks early
- Maintain client communication alongside senior leadership
- Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
The Successful Applicant
For The MEP Project Manager, We Are Seeking
- 3-8 years of MEP construction experience
- Experience managing mechanical, electrical, or plumbing scopes
- Comfortable with budgets, forecasting, and change management
- Procore and Bluebeam experience
- Practical, team‑first leadership style
- $750-$1000/month Truck Allowance
