Job Description
- Produce mechanical drawings, models, and bills of materials for equipment components and assemblies
- Support detailed machine design for vacuum, cooling, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems
- Perform engineering calculations to validate design integrity and function
- Assist with customer inquiries, technical issues, and equipment troubleshooting
- Participate in occasional site visits for installation support, commissioning, and training
- Collaborate closely with project engineers and cross‑functional teams to ensure sound engineering practices
The Successful Applicant
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-3 years of relevant mechanical design experience
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of mechanical fundamentals and engineering principles
- Aptitude for machine design and hands‑on problem solving
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
- Domestic and international travel capability (under 10%)
