Job Description
- Develop and optimize stamping processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Create and implement manufacturing plans and workflows to meet production goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new tooling and equipment.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify and address inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing operations.
- Lead process improvements and implement corrective actions for quality, cost, and throughput.
- Support new product launches: tooling, process development, and ramp-up
- Receive Customer Designs, perform DFMA and Quoting
- Help lean out established processes and supporting Engineering Documentation (BOMs, SOPs, Work Instructions
- Conduct feasibility studies, support quoting, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with production, design, quality, and sales to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Develop work instructions, process controls, and train production personnel
The Successful Applicant
- 4 years of experience in a metal fabrication/stamping background
- Knowledge of process engineering and continuous improvement.
- Experience with quoting, cost analysis, and technical evaluations.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings, GD&T, and material specs.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency; CAD/SolidWorks and ERP (Plex) a plus.
- Experience with metal fabrication, ideally stamping or punch-presses

- Competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 USD. (bonus up to 5%)
