Description
- Work closely with Enterprise Architecture, IT, Compliance, Operations, and other functional teams to deliver secure solutions, ensuring that security is embedded in infrastructure and architecture designs.
- Offer direction and advice on security-related projects to strengthen the overall cybersecurity posture, with a focus on the maturation of the Cloud Security Framework, including assessments of SaaS, IaaS, and virtualization technologies.
- Continuously monitor updates to industry frameworks, regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001 / 2, NIST), and emerging security threats to assess current controls and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Engage with project and program managers to ensure effective security architecture involvement, while fostering relationships to support governance, vulnerability management, and risk remediation processes.
- Take a proactive approach in delivering against project requirements, ensuring compliance with security controls, identifying control gaps, and developing remediation plans to manage residual risks effectively.
