Description
- Monitor and maintain insurance certificate expirations for tenants, vendors, and properties in the company database.
- Collaborate with property managers and lease administration teams to obtain and update compliant Certificates of Insurance.
- File insurance-related documents, manage claims submissions, and coordinate litigation timelines with carriers and counsel.
- Prepare Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreements for vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with lease and contract requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing risk management protocols and produce reports or special projects as assigned.

Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate insurance administration or related fields (claims, property management, or insurance paralegal).
- Strong understanding of commercial lease insurance language and compliance requirements.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Yardi or similar property management platforms.
