Description

  • Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Support procurement processes and manage project resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all sites.
  • Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders regularly.
  • Provide support in resolving any project-related challenges or conflicts.

Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in commercial construction as an Assistant Project Manager
  • Experience with hospitality commercial construction projects preferred
  • Understanding of project management processes, budgeting, and scheduling principles
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
