Description
- Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Support procurement processes and manage project resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all sites.
- Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders regularly.
- Provide support in resolving any project-related challenges or conflicts.

Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in commercial construction as an Assistant Project Manager
- Experience with hospitality commercial construction projects preferred
- Understanding of project management processes, budgeting, and scheduling principles
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
