Job Description
- Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day oversight of ground-up commercial and multifamily construction projects
- Support project lifecycle activities including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout
- Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure timely project progression
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and ownership teams to maintain project alignment
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting through platforms such as Procore (or similar systems)
- Participate in job site meetings and assist with ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitor project schedules and proactively identify and help resolve potential risks or delays

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Ground Up Private APM Should Have
- 3-6 years of experience in construction project management or assistant project management
- Hands-on experience supporting ground-up construction projects in the commercial and/or multifamily sectors required
- Strong familiarity with construction processes including submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Proficiency with project management software; Procore experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
