Job Description

• Manage and maintain global payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity and troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new Workday functionalities.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HRIS and payroll systems as needed.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes to ensure payroll compliance.
• Work closely with external vendors to resolve any system-related issues or enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful International Payroll HRIS Analyst Should Have

• Bacehlors degree (required).
• Strong knowledge of Workday.
• 5 years supporting payroll systems internationally.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex data.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
