Job Description
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial and multi-family construction projects
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Support subcontractor and supplier outreach, including bid solicitation and tracking
- Help with bid leveling, scope reviews, and pricing analysis under senior estimator guidance
- Maintain and update estimating databases and historical cost records
- Review plans, specifications, and addenda to ensure full project scope coverage
- Prepare bid proposals and supporting documentation for tender submission

- Successful Candidate (Estimator Role)
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in quantity take-offs and cost estimates
