Job Description
- Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team
- Provide day‑to‑day technical leadership for operations
- Drive process optimization for yield and throughput gains
- Improve cost, quality, and process capability metrics
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Oversee raw material performance and supplier interface
- Partner with Quality and Supply Chain on material specs
- Drive continuous improvement using data‑driven methods
- Lead and support site capital projects and expansions
- Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory standards
- Support process safety and hazard reviews
- Act as technical liaison across Operations and R&D
- Support new product introductions and scale‑up
- Maintain engineering standards and documentation

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Engineering Manager Should Have
- BS in Chemical Engineering or related field
- 8-10 years in chemical or regulated manufacturing
- 3-5 years leading engineering teams
- Experience in high‑purity or semiconductor environments
- Strong process optimization and troubleshooting skills
- Background in root cause analysis and problem solving
- Familiar with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with capital projects and equipment upgrades
- Strong data analysis and decision‑making skills
- Excellent cross‑functional communication abilities
