Description

• Formulate and implement strategic operational plans to support long-term growth and competitiveness within metal manufacturing environments.
• Direct and optimize end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, quality assurance, supply chain coordination, and workforce performance.
• Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to improve efficiency, product quality, and overall operational outcomes through data-driven insights.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, industry standards, and quality requirements while promoting a culture of accountability and workplace safety.
• Lead, coach, and develop management teams to build strong leadership capabilities and foster employee engagement and career advancement.
• Manage operational budgets, monitor financial performance, and allocate resources effectively to balance cost control with productivity goals.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, customers, and industry stakeholders to support innovation, collaboration, and business growth.

• Proven leader with extensive experience in manufacturing operations, ideally within metal forming or a similar industrial environment
