Job Description
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of construction.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams on-site.

A Successful Construction Superintendent Should Have
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Start to finish experience with commercial, affordable housing, and light industrial project ($10 million - $40 million dollars)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience in the property industry and managing construction projects.
