Job Description
- Lead daily construction operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Supervise on-site teams, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with bilingual team members and stakeholders to address project needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct inspections to verify that all work meets specifications and quality expectations.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site to promote productivity and reduce risks.
