Description

- Coordinate with superintendents to align field and project execution
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Oversee subcontractor selection, contracts, and performance
- Monitor project financials and track costs against budget
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead project meetings and provide status updates
- Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project momentum

Profile
A successful Construction Project Manager - Municipal Projects should have:
