- Own construction execution from mobilisation through final turnover
- Oversee site leadership, subcontractors, and trade coordination
- Control budgets, schedules, and change orders across multiple phases

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager Should Have
- Minimum 5 years of multifamily construction experience
- Minimum 5 years working for a general contractor (required)
- Background in wood‑frame, podium, or garden‑style projects
- Strong understanding of cost control and schedule management
- Confident communicator with site and executive stakeholders
- Salary range: $110,000-$150,000 base plus performance bonus
