Job Description
- Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance, implementing cost-saving measures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and healthcare facility standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address concerns.
- Oversee procurement of materials and manage subcontractor relationships.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
