Job Description
- Drive all phases of project delivery: preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and cost reports.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- Proven success in healthcare, higher education and/or K-12 builds.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (a plus, not required).
- Competitive Base Salary of $120,000 - $145,000 with performance-based bonuses.
