Construction Estimator - Local Indy Commercial Builds

My Client:

Estimator's Key Responsibilities:

• Lead conceptual through hard-bid estimating, including takeoffs, pricing, bid leveling, and final submission
• Partner with design teams on budgeting and cost feedback throughout design development
• Solicit, scope, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy and coverage
• Develop and maintain cost history, estimating databases, and assemblies
• Support implementation and optimization of estimating software and processes
• Review estimates with design, construction, and project teams to ensure scope and budget alignment
• Work directly with clients and design teams to provide conceptual pricing, value input, and detailed estimates
