Job Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure efficient project execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved
- Enforce job site safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance at all times
- Manage inspections, quality control, and punch list completion to meet client expectations
- Collaborate with Project Managers on budgeting, cost control, and project reporting
- Lead daily site meetings, manage logistics, and resolve field issues in real time
- Track manpower, materials, and progress to maintain productivity and timelines
- Maintain detailed daily logs, site documentation, and communication with stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- 5-15 years of construction experience with a focus on commercial projects (interiors and/or ground-up)
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate complex build-outs and renovations
- Experience delivering projects such as office build-outs, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, or mixed-use developments
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and quality control processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management tools
- OSHA certification preferred
