Description
- Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from planning to close-out
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Lead client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, and risk management
- Monitor project performance and implement improvements where needed
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Strong track record delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, education, industrial, or public works
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
