Job Description
- Managing projects from pre‑construction through final completion
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Leading client communication and managing expectations
- Reviewing contracts, change orders, and cost controls
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications
- Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a close‑knit team
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Base salary between $90,000 and $110,000, depending on experience
