Job Description

The Operations Manager - Commercial Concrete will report to senior leadership and take full ownership of the commercial unit's operational strategy and execution. You will play a critical role in driving performance, standardizing processes, and leading high-performing teams.

• Lead and develop the commercial operations structure, processes, and team performance
• Oversee safety, quality, production, manpower, equipment, and project logistics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Drive collaboration across estimating, project management, and field operations
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational best practices
• Lead conflict resolution and support a high-performance, accountable culture
• Champion company initiatives and ensure communication flows effectively across teams

The Successful Applicant

For the Operations Manager - Commercial Concrete, we are seeking:

• 10 years of construction experience, including leadership roles
• At least 5 years of experience within commercial concrete construction
• Strong background across estimating, project management, and field execution
• Proven ability to lead and scale teams in a fast-paced construction environment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
• Solid understanding of safety standards and operational compliance
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• Ability to motivate teams and drive performance across multiple projects
