Job Description
- Lead daily field operations for commercial concrete projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate labor crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries to maximize productivity.
- Drive project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep milestones on track.
- Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and quality reviews to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with project management teams, clients, and field personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Lead Should Have
- 5 years of experience in commercial concrete construction.
- Previous experience as a Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, or Superintendent.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop field teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Solid understanding of safety practices, scheduling, and concrete construction methods.
- Salary of USD 80.000 to USD 105.000 vehicle allowance
